To purchase a file, you must send a request to daria.idt@gmail.com indicating the pattern name and the required license type. You will receive a link to download the file after the money arrives in the seller's bank account.
Licensing Options:
Commercial License (Non-exclusive) :
The Non-Exclusive Commercial License permits the use of the Licensed Pattern to produce up to 500 units of physical products, or 500 square meters for fabrics, textiles, or wallpapers. You can also use the artwork for advertising and other commercial purposes, such as printing, packaging, and corporate gifts.
The license is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
This license is suitable for the manufacturing of physical products by the licensee, such as fabrics, clothing, shoes, accessories, bags, packaging products, stationery, various printed products (postcards, calendars, posters), covers for electronic devices, household goods, toys, and more.
Extended Commercial License (Non-exclusive):
The Non-Exclusive Extended Commercial License offers the same usage rights as the Commercial License but without restrictions on the number of items or length of fabric created for sale.
The license is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
Prohibitions and restrictions
The following will describe some important rules for using licenses. If you have any doubts about the use of patterns in other rules not specified in the license text, before purchasing, contact us by email at daria.idt@gmail.com
⛔️ Changing the arrangement of elements
It is allowed to change the color of the elements and background, but the arrangement of the elements in the pattern must be preserved as the author's idea
⛔️ Sharing
The sharing of licensed art by several individuals or legal entities is prohibited. If an individual wishes to use the design for several different businesses, then each business must purchase its non-exclusive license.
⛔️ Social Media
Sharing or posting the Licensed Artwork on social media accounts, websites, applications, and other online channels in their original form at any resolution is strictly prohibited.
Also publishing or distributing a Licensed Art in any manner that allows others to download, screenshot, extract, or distribute the Design as a separate file in its source form is strictly prohibited.
⛔️Printing services on demand
The use of licensed patterns on any offline or online service that allows the end customer to customize and purchase a digital or physical product for personal or commercial use is prohibited.
The list of such services includes any business with print-on-demand or made-to-order (for example, Redbubble, Society6, Spoonflower, and other sites with a similar business model)
⛔️ Sub-licensing or resale
Resale of original or modified licensed designs is prohibited. It is also prohibited to use the entire design or its elements to create new digital products.
⛔️ Limitation by type of business
It is prohibited to use licensed art in the media, on various information resources, news platforms, except in the case of photo and video content with actually produced products with this design.
It is prohibited to use licensed art by manufacturers of tobacco and alcohol, products related to the defense and military industries, and criminal and terrorist organizations.
⛔️ Digital Products
Digital products. Licensed art is not intended for the creation of digital products such as advertisements, banners, website design, the appearance of social networks, mobile applications, programs, e-books, digital magazines, or guides.
It is prohibited to use a licensed design in creating photo and video content (creating photo and video content from images of real products with this art is permitted).
It is prohibited to use partially or completely in the creation of new digital products (sets of postcards, bundles, templates, etc.) intended for commercial or non-commercial use.
⛔️ Trademark
Licensed artwork may not be used as a trademark or part of a trademark.
⛔️ Copyright
You may not claim copyright in the Licensed Artwork or any modification thereof. Copyright of licensed art remains with the author. Dissemination of false information about the authorship and conditions provided by the purchased license type is not permitted.
